Big Atomic, from Louisville, Kentucky, is a high energy band that blurs the lines between funk, rock, rhythm and blues. Formed in 2013, BA  has been working hard ever since. The band released their self-titled debut EP in August of 2014.  Big Atomic was also featured in the Jan/Feb 2015 issue of Relix Magazine in their “On The Rise” section. In addition, their single “Letting Go” was on the compilation CD alongside the likes of Punch Brothers and Gov’t Mule. After winning the second annual WKMS Battle of the Bands in March of 2015, the band hit the road running, gigging throughout the Midwest. Check out for the bands' first full length album titled Activator, scheduled to be released in Summer of 2019!
